Booking Policies
To provide every guest with a smooth, safe and reliable experiences, we've created clear guidelines for booking, payment, cancellations and conduct. Please review all policies prior to reserving your tour or our service.
All hourly rates and package tours begin at the time of pickup. We kindly ask that all guests are together at one pick up location as multiple pickup stops use your schedule tour time and may reduce the number of destinations we can visit.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a signed service agreement and a non-refundable $125 deposit for all our tours and private chauffeur bookings,
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service can be rescheduled.
- Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.
- Weather related adjustments will be handled at our discretion for safety.
Wait time & Grace Period
- Airport pickups include a 25 minute grace period.
- Standare pickups include a 10 minute grace period.
- Additional wait time may incur an added fee.
- No show ups are non refundable
Tolls, Route Changes & Additional Stops
- Standard tolls are included for the scheduled itinerary.
- Any additional stops, route changes or tolls required to do guest requests may incur additional charges.
Vehicle Conduct
- No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle or vaping inside the vehicle. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
- Guest are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their service.
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the service with no refund,
Photos, Social Media & Privacy
- Guest may take photos and videos during their tour & would appreciate if you tag us on our IG. @aomluxury
- We respect all privacy-If you do not want us to post any pictures of your tour please let us know and we will not do so.
Professional Courtesy
We take pride in providing safe, luxury level service. Please be on time, respectful and cooperative so we can deliver the best possible experience.
Payments
To secure your reservation we require a signed contract and a $125 deposit. A credit card is required to remain on file after the deposit is paid. The card will
only be used to process the remaining balance the day of the tour before the tour begins. We will only charge extra hours, additional stops or extra tolls.
Gratuity
A customary 20% gratuity for the driver is added to your booking of a private tour and you will see it noted in your contract.
(gratuity is not added to airport pick ups and drop offs but you can chose to tip your driver )
Safety & Conduct Policy
To ensure a safe experience for everyone, the driver may end the tour or services if they feel threatened or unsafe. Please note that no refund will be issued in this situation.
